Product Design Engineer Subsea Electronics

Our client requires a Proudct Design Engineer Subsea Electronics for a permanent position onshore.

 

Key Responsabilities: 

 

  • Personal responsibility to design components, sub-assemblies and assemblies in accordance with specifications and requirements.
  • Personal responsibility to modify existing designs in accordance with specification and requirements.
  • Check designs from colleagues following appropriate instructions.
  • Design and revision control of engineering documentation considering appropriate instructions; define purchasing specifications for purchased items.
  • Develop test programs (FATs) for manufactured and purchased equipment.
  • Prepare engineering documentation like assembly drawings, operation, installation and maintenance manuals and other product related documents and drawings.
  • Personal responsibility for testing and integration of designed products.
  • Support colleagues (also internationally) in case of questions and problems, manufacturing and aftermarket support.
  • Special tasks for the Engineering Product Manager (EPM).

 

Requirements:

 

·       Education in electrical engineering or mechatronics (Bachelor, Master) or comparable education

·       Knowledge and experience in the job as an electrical engineer including national and international procedures

·       Very good English (spoken and written)

·       Experience using ERP and MRP Systems, ideally SAP R/3

·       Decisiveness, self-reliance, ability to work under pressure

Hydraulic Analysis Engineer

Our client requires a Hydraulic Analysis Engineer for a permanent position onshore.

 

Key Responsabilities: 

 

  • Execution and documentation of 1D dynamic Hydraulic- and Chemical Distribution- Analysis for oil & gas subsea control system projects.
  • Consolidate analysis strategy with regards to relevant ISO requirements.
  • Liaise with Project lead engineer and Product Engineering to ensure correctness of simulation models and parameters.
  • Supervision of system hydraulic tests for verification of hydraulic.
  • Support for hydraulic product improvements.
  • Creation of company standard analysis and related standard simulation tools, which are documented and revised.
  • Present simulation results to customers and to internal interfaces.
  • Multiplier for know-how transfer to relevant departments and projects.
  • Cooperation with internal and external partners.

 


Requirements: 

 

  • Mechanical engineering degree (Master or comparable qualification).
  • Job experience simulation and engineering tasks.
  • Excellent knowledge of hydraulic theory.
  • Good English communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience in working with international teams (preferable).
  • Flexible and committed to the job, drive for results and team motivation, self-reliance.

ROV Plough Technician

ROV Pilot Tech - Triton XLX

Our Client requires an experienced ROV ROV Pilot Tech with Triton XLX experience for an upcoming project in German Waters.


Responsibilities:

  • The ROV Pilot Technician has the primary responsibility for the piloting of the ROV, maintenance and repair of the ROV system, implementation and monitoring of technical procedures and reporting, work management and execution of ROV operational tasks. 
  • Must be knowledgeable and experienced with the ROV control, navigational and propulsion systems.
  • Assist in the Launch and Recovery of the ROV System.
  • Ensuring that the ROV and all its systems are in complete working order and in compliance with all technical requirements throughout the contract period.
  • Carrying out the dive in accordance with recognised operating procedures in order to carry out designated work safely and efficiently. 
  • • Undertake navigation and observers duties and operating of manipulators and ancillary equipment fitted to the ROV

Our Client requires an experienced ROV Supervisor for an upcoming project in the Baltic Sea. Suitable candidates must have a minimum of one years Supervisor experience on Schilling HD / UHD systems.



Responsibilities:

  • Lead on site for conducting the ROV Operations
  • Ensuring all ROV personnel are appropriately trained offshore and competent for tasks undertaken
  • Responsibility for the safety and efficiency of ROV  operations and reporting any improvements or weaknesses   in procedures and equipment
  • Ensures all ROV operations are carried out in accordance   with appropriate procedures
  • Liaison and communication with client on-site
